What is the project about?Training Need, Trend and employability: survey among the businesses established in Spain, France, Italy and Germany

The partner together with the enterprises highlighted the training needs and the entry level the potential employees need to have to increase their chances to join the labour market.
The Survey has been aimed at narrowing the gap between education institution and the labour market, calling the enterprises to take action, filling the interviews, interacting with the VET institution and giving feedbacks.
We have been assessing our students through the Gardner’s test, in order to assess their skills and be able either to benchmark the competencies of the student’s and every single profile involved in the target group (including teachers).  Click on the button below and/or check our.
